Adam Marciszewski

Senior IT Project Manager

Adam, apart from Łukasz, is the oldest Crocodile in the IT department – he has been with us for almost 10 years! He is a Senior IT Project Manager and, in fact, has been exploring the secrets of web design and implementation on his own since he went to school. He is definitely a seasoned veteran at good projects and an orchestra man at the same time. In Yellow Crocodiles CODE team he is responsible for, among other things, coordinating and managing projects entrusted to him, building technical solutions in accordance with project objectives, creating commercial offers, maintaining project documentation and optimising task implementation processes.
Over the years, he has worked with clients such as Netto Polska, TDJ, LPP, Stalexport, OEM Energy and many others.

At work, he values conscientiousness and commitment to the project, and nothing pleases him more than the final result of the work and the fact that everything works perfectly. The icing on the cake, of course, is positive customer feedback. Adam’s motto is ‘what you have to do today, do it yesterday’.

Ola Wawrzonek

Senior IT Account Manager

Ola’s adventure at Yellow Crocodiles began more than few years ago. She thrives on the position of Senior Account Manager, dealing with projects for clients from various industries, although she is particularly fond of those involving websites. She has worked with companies such as Jeronimo Martins, Netto Polska and TDJ. Recently, thanks to her involvement, websites for the nationwide campaign run by LPP ‘Care for clothes’ or A4 Szybko for Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A. have been created and completed.

Ola is not afraid of any challenges, and if any ‘unresolvable’ issues arise, she takes to it like a duck to water. After all, in her day-to-day work and projects she has to bring together the client’s expectations, the web designer’s vision and the programmer’s guidelines, which is quite a challenge! Her favourite stage of working on a website is testing, but she also pays great attention to aesthetics and usability.

Agnieszka Szczepanowska

Senior UX/UI Designer

Aga has settled into our crocodile family for good, and for good reason. First of all, she is a talented Graphic Designer with a degree in Graphic Design from the Institute of Arts and a degree in Sociology of Advertising and Social Communication from the University of Silesia. She has a wealth of experience, having already created many eye-catching magazines, newspapers and advertisements of all kinds, but she has also been successfully involved in UX design for several years. Agnieszka’s most important recent web projects include sites for Galeria Katowicka, the Dobrynów housing estate and the nationwide ‘Care for clothes’ campaign.

In short, Aga is a graphic Renaissance woman you can always count on. What does she say about herself? That she really appreciates clever design, especially works that, in addition to high aesthetics, present socially important roles.

Dawid Wieczorek

Senior Web Developer

Dawid definitely discovered his passion for programming at Yellow Crocodiles. While still studying Management (with a specialisation in Marketing), he decided that he wanted to tie his future into the advertising and IT industry. However, he did not expect to realise his plan so quickly! As a thoroughbred Crocodile, he learned all the programming issues. Dawid started out by introducing special offers and discounts on shopping centre websites, then he became managing increasingly complex projects, and finally... he became the agency’s main Web Developer, who builds websites in the WordPress CMS, as well as custom solutions within this content management system.

Dawid says he enjoys the beginnings of a project the most – the brainstorming, suggestions and insights on what will be implemented and how. It’s the stage when the client approves the design and Dawid begins to ‘assemble’ the website and give it a final shape.
