How we work
The right side of communication.
We believe that the foundation of any organisation’s success – whether it’s a small family business or a large multinational corporation – is proper communication with employees, business partners, stakeholders and, ultimately, customers. We use our knowledge, practical experience and business intuition to put this communication on the right track, giving it the proper form and meaning along the way.
OUR MOTTO
WHAT SETS US APART?
- We take a holistic approach to each project – from identifying needs, tailoring a strategy and creating a concept to implementing the finished product.
- We only develop original custom websites, i.e. tailored and adjusted to the identity of each client. We do not use cheap, free templates or create websites based on simplified generators – we design websites completely from scratch, using both commercial and open source solutions.
- Our pages have optimised source code, load quickly (on all devices), while the content editing mechanisms are intuitive and easy to use.
- We also pay great attention to make our sites ready for online positioning (SEO/SEM).

GOOD PRACTICES
We start working on the website only when we know exactly what is to be included.
Design and implementation of the website is a stage that begins when we have at least 90% of the content (texts, photos, graphics). We do not design websites based on general examples, but rather on the actual target content.
We prepare the final cost of the website after designing its complete structure.
WHY SO?
Building a custom website is like building a house: first the goal, the design, the materials and then the actual work.
YOUR WEBSITE STEP BY STEP
What is the beginning of the website development process like at Yellow Crocodiles CODE?Getting to know each other
We send a brief, including: basic questions about the scope of the business, marketing activities, existing website (or lack thereof), purpose of the website, target audience, etc.We arrange a get-to-know meeting. ;)
Formalities
Setting a date with the client for Stage Zero, signing an order for this stage.Preparing for the meeting by researching, analysing existing information about the client.
We take off🚀
Part 1 of the Stage Zero begins by agreeing with the client on the content of the website, as well as determining who will be responsible for creating the content and compiling the material (images, infographics, videos, documents, etc.).Concept
Once all the details have been worked out, it is time to conceptualise the entire website. We offer developed, tried and tested functionality mechanisms and put a dedicated team of specialists at your disposal.Structure of the website
Part 1 of the Stage Zero ends with the development of the detailed structure of the website and its functionality, presented to the client in graphical form.Adaptation
The client verifies the site structure we have developed and prepares any comments and changes for part 2 of the Stage Zero.Completion
The project team is putting the final touches and fine-tuning all the details together with the client.Summary
The completion of the Stage Zero is the basis for the signing of the contract, the annexes of which are the finished and mutually agreed website structure, the work schedule and the cost estimate.Only at this point can we price our work with full responsibility and embed it in time.

IS IT OVER?
It might seem like it is… The website is up and running, the order is done, you can invoice. In practice, we do not disappear (which distinguishes us from freelancers working from order to order) and we do not leave the client alone with the website – we offer post-implementation maintenance, which includes:
- CMS updates, plug-ins updates;
- introducing new content;
- expansion of the existing site;
- hosting service;
- domain management;
- CMS training.
